When you request a pilot

We store the email address, website address and optional details you submit, your permission to be contacted, a request reference and its submission time. We use these to review and respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, customer inquiries, payment information or other sensitive data.

Submitting a request does not authorize us to test your website. Test data, frequency, delivery verification and any access are agreed separately before the pilot starts.

Hosting and access

The site and request database run on Cloudflare. The operator can review pilot requests using the hosting account. We do not publish requests or add you to a marketing list. We do not sell this information.

The interactive demo

The demo uses a synthetic inquiry and a random receipt identifier. It sends no email and does not contact a website you enter. Demo receipts expire after ten minutes and are removed as further demo checks run.

Retention and deletion

Pilot requests are used for follow-up for 90 days. Older requests are removed when a new request is processed or during an operator review; removal is not currently performed by a timed daily job, so an older record may remain until that cleanup runs. To request deletion sooner, email us from the address used in your request. Hosting backups may retain deleted records for the provider’s normal backup period.

Technical data

Cloudflare processes technical information needed to serve and protect the site. For abuse prevention, the application stores a daily rotating hash of the requesting IP address and a request count, removed after expiry as further requests run. It does not store the raw IP in the application database. There are no advertising trackers or application analytics cookies.

During a pilot

We agree separately on your test data, destination and who receives reports. The public site does not collect customer messages or give us access to your inbox.
